Age Policy
By placing an order for any age-restricted item on this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. All products must be used responsibly and appropriately.
Age-restricted items will only be delivered to the address provided at checkout, including commercial premises where applicable. An adult signature is required upon delivery. Jayger follows a “Challenge 25” policy—if the recipient appears under 25, valid photo identification will be required to confirm they are over 18.
Orders may be accepted by another adult (18+) at the same address. Delivery to neighbours or nominated safe places is not permitted for age-restricted items. If no eligible adult is available, or valid ID cannot be provided when requested, the item will be returned and re-delivery will be arranged.
