Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unused and unaltered
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is:
Faulty
Damaged
Incorrect
In these cases, we will offer a refund or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
For non-custom items returned unused and in original condition within 30 days:
Returns are accepted at our discretion
Store credit will be issued instead of a cash refund
Store credit:
Is valid for 12 months
Is non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalised items
Sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must be returned:
Unused
In original packaging
With proof of purchase
Exception:
This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order items, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
Refunds (where legally required) are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Store credit (where applicable) will be issued by email
